Follow these steps to post company profile
1. Post your Company Profile
You can edit your company profile here
2. Add your company profile
Use max 3000 characters
3. Add your companies website.
4. Add search words.
Use search words that describe your company and the products you produce. Words which are general for the products you sell are perfect as search words (e.g chair, table outdoor etc.)
Many search words will make you more visible in the b2b network.
(the search words will be used when other companies is searching for you).
Remember to save your company profile and your search words
5. Add categories.
Open the category tree and choose the categories that describe your company and products. Use the icon to ad a category
(when you post a tradelead you can use the categories you choose here)
br>Note: Customers will use categories to find their suppliers.
The more categories you choose the easier will it be for other companies to find you.
Remember to choose categories or you cannot be found in the b2b network.

How do i post a Product Catalogue? |

Follow these steps to post product catalogue
1. Post your product Catalogue
You can edit your product catalogue here
2. Add product name
Please enter an appropriate product name here, NOT a model number, or a company name. (the product name will be used when searching)
3. Add a product description.
Make sure your description refers only to the features of the product you post it is a good idea to use the product name in the description
4. Add a picture.
A good picture will give you extra visits
Image size 100x100 px. File size: max. 20K. File type jpg. or gif.

How do i post a Trade Lead? |

Follow these steps to post trade lead
1. Post a Trade Lead
You can edit your sales leads here
You can edit your buying leads here
2. Add Trade Lead Name.
Please enter an appropriate trade lead name here, not a model number, or a company name. (the trade lead name will be used when searching)
3. Add a Trade Lead Description.
Make sure your description refers only to the features of the trade lead you post, it is a good idea to use the trade lead name in the description
4. Add search words.
Use search words that describe your trade lead (the search words will be used when other companies is searching for you).
5. Select category.
Choose the category that describe your trade lead.
6. Select type
Select if your trade lead is about a product, an agency or a corporation.
7. Trade Lead period.
Select for how long the trade lead shall be posted.
8. Add a picture.
Image size 100x100 px. File size: max. 20K. File type jpg. or gif.

Why can’t I find my profile in the b2b Network? |

You will not be visible in the b2b network before you add a Category to your company profile edit categories
NOTE: If you have upgraded, or joined as a  or 
you will not be visible in the b2b network before you have paid your invoice.

How do I show my contact details for all customers? |
|
As a paid member your contact details allways are visible for any potential customer....
For Free members, as a standard your contact details are hidden for potential customers. However it is possble for Free members to make details visible
for any customer. We charge USD 0,1 for each time we display your details.
To start this process:
- Login to your account goto login
- make sure you have money on your supplynbuy account add money here.
- Goto "Edit company profile" in your left menu. admin contact details
- Click on link to set visible / unvisible contact details
Notice: It is possible for any potential customer to buy access to your contact details, even if youre a free member, whith no money on your accont.
The customer must pay the fee then.

How do avoid "Company tried to display contact details" message on my company prodfile / product? |
|
When you submit to Supplynbuy, we did already prepare where to enter all you contact details, email, website etc etc.
If you try do display any kind of kontact information incl in you company profile, products, tradeleads, we will block your profile with this message:
COMPANY TRIED TO DISPLAY CONTACT DETAILS HERE!
- but this is a paid service, why all content is now blocked...
See why this message appear?
So if you have message above in your profile, just remove contact info from company profile, products, tradeleads - and you supplynbuy site will look great again...
NOTE: At "My details" in your left menu, you can add your contact details...we have to take this action because many companies try to cheat and show all details for free..(its a paid service)

Why no inquiries received? |

If you dont receive any inquiries, please follow steps below to make your account settings / details better:
- Login to your account
- Go to "Edit company profile" in left menu"
- Check all settings (see recomended setting in top of site)
- Concider to make your contactdetails visible , if they are hidden...
- Check your pagerank (in left menu) - if low page rank, concider to upgrade your account
- Check you have shown all your products...and specified with all relevant details
- Check you have shown all your tradeleads...and specified with all relevant details
Notice: As a paid member you have much better chance to receive inquiries...
